Introduction

Winfield School is situated 75 km west of Wetaskiwin at the junction of Highways 13 and 20.    Currently we have an enrollment of 87 students.  Approximately 90% of our students ride the school bus.  Winfield Elementary School offers an ECS - Grade 6 program. A Pre-Kindergarten program is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Winfield Public Library is also in our school and is open Tuesdays 9am-4pm and Wednesdays 5pm-8pm.

Our learning program is enriched through fine arts presentations, field trips, an annual track meet, a science fair and a strong physical education program.  Students are bussed to Buck Mountain Central School for grades 7 to 12.
